What happens?
A very popular trip is an awesome trek up one of 2 mountains. The smaller trek El Juanar takes 3 1/2 hours and the biggest mountain La Concha takes 6 hours. The views of the coast and the surrounding area are spectacular. Not a particularly difficult climb either (despite the pictures!). If you like views, you'll love this!
Day trip to Rhonda - Visit historic Spain

What happens?
Spend almost a whole day visiting the beautiful town of Ronda, exploring the Old Town, seeing the gorge and relaxing in one of the oldest towns in Spain.
Exhilerating downhill Mountain Bike Trek - see so much of the Spanish coast

What happens?
Grab a full suspension mountain bike and join us for a (mostly downhill) 70km bike ride through beautiful countryside, vast lakes and windy dirt tracks. The route is just a perfect way to see so much of the local area. Not to be missed!
Sail Boat Cruise - get a tan on the ocean waves

4 hour trip including transfers to the harbour.
What happens?
Spend 4 hours on a beautiful sail boat, cruising round the coast of Marbella, sunbathing and sipping your juice in style! Diving, snorkeling, and ocean swimming optional, or you can just lay back and enjoy the ocean from the luxury of the front of the boat.
Gorge Walk through 'Camintito Del Ray'

3 hour walk including 1 hour transfer to and from the gorge.
What happens?
Camintito Del Ray was turned into a 7km climbing route in the early 1900's but has only been for experienced climbers up till now. In June 2016, Marbella authorities, opened a wooden walkway through the whole gorge so you can safely see every part of the walk. We have secured 10 passes to do this, as they only let a number of people through per day and demand is very high.
Relax in a traditional Spanish Hammam Spa

2 hours in the spa, 30 min massage, 1 hour transfer in.
What happens?
If your flight allows, a transfer will take you into central Old Town Malaga for your last afternoon where you can enjoy a couple of hours in their spectacular spa, hot pools, thermal baths and try a traditional Spanish massage too. If you can, I highly recommend it!
In-Retreat activites
Massage
We use a fantastic masseuse called Espi who is based in Marbella and is also a trained Osteopath so can provide corrective postural work whilst offering massage up to deep tissue level.
He will have 4 massage slots per day and will book up fast, he's that good!
Massages available for both retreat weeks.

Check in/out & flight info
Check Out
Check out is at 11am on the following Monday and your flight home depends on how much time you want to spend in the beautiful Old Town of Malaga. The Hammam Spa Trip (above) is arranged for the final day and would be 2pm-4pm that afternoon. If you come to the Spa, you want to get a later flight back (see details below), or if you're not coming to the Spa, then a mid afternoon flight is preferable. People leaving and not going to Malaga will be dropped back at the airport on route into central Malaga.
Check In
Check in to the retreat is 4pm on the Monday, so you need to land about between 10am and 2pm and we'll sort your transfer to Marbella from Malaga.
We will then arrive and before official check-in, take you to Organics, a beautiful cafe serving super healthy food and juices on Marbella's Golden Mile.
Then we will give you a lift up to the villa at 4pm.
